This website is operated by High Rider. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to High Rider. High Rider offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

 

Please note: These Terms of Service between us contains an arbitration clause and class action waiver that requires you and High Rider to resolve all disputes with each other on an individual basis through final and binding arbitration. Please read these terms carefully.

High Rider branded products are made with farm bill complaint hemp and contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight.  Our products have not been approved by the FDA. Do not consume our products if you are pregnant or nursing. Consumption of delta-9 THC may impair your ability to drive and operate machinery and result in a failure of a drug test.
