To prevent underage sales, High Rider implements the following age verification measures:

  • Customers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of purchase.
  • For online sales, customers will be required to undergo an identity verification process using an approved third-party ID verification service. 
  • Any transaction flagged as suspicious or unverifiable will be canceled at our discretion.
  • We strictly prohibit the purchase or attempted purchase of our products by individuals under 21.

4. Right to Refuse Service

High Rider reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who:

  • Fails to provide valid proof of age.
  • Attempts to use a fraudulent, altered, or expired identification document.
  • Appears to be purchasing on behalf of a minor (commonly known as "straw purchasing").
  • Refuses to comply with our verification procedures.

High Rider branded products are made with farm bill complaint hemp and contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight.  Our products have not been approved by the FDA. Do not consume our products if you are pregnant or nursing. Consumption of delta-9 THC may impair your ability to drive and operate machinery and result in a failure of a drug test. High Rider branded products do no claim to cure, treat or prevent any disease or alter the structure or function of the body. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
